Could JFK jr be alive? Of course. He would be 61 years old at this historic point in world history.
However, if we employ Occam's Razor, the simplest solution is often the answer. As with his father, the entirety of government would have to involved in faking the death of himself, his wife & his sister.

Yes Sir. initiated by assasination of President Kennedy and the discovery that the CIA had gone rouge, the Cabal identified, the Deep State Exposed, and the worse of humanity discovered within our very midst; worse, inculcated in the veey people we were supposed to believe in.
Q hasn't lost me: of course in 5th Generation Unrestricted Warfare it would not model 3rd generation kinetic warfare.
What will be interesting to see is the teason for the chaff: it distracts the weapons of our enemies from the HVU.
