The 17th Director of the NSA was ADM Mike Rodgers, USN (Ret). If there is ANYONE to be credited with the start of the Q Army, it is the Admiral.
Where is Mike Rodgers?
Anons always say that GEN Mike Flynn, USA (Ret), knows where the "bodies are buried." My proposition is that so does ADM Rogers.
Certainly, he discovered the Deep State Criminals & the Cabal. Clapper, Brennan and Obama wanted nothing more than to bring the NSA, the master oracle and keeper of secrets, under the civilian chain of command. Such a move would have allowed the Modern Library of Alexandria to have been corrupted.
