Over 30 tons of humanitarian aid delivered to city of Volchansk and to Kazachia Lopan village in Kharkiv region of Ukraine on Thursday. According to Russian Defense Ministry the safety of humanitarian aid transfer had been insured by Russian troops. Cargo included food, water, medicines and other basic necessities.
