First, we had circuit court judge Bohren rule that drop boxes and ballot harvesting are illegal in Wisconsin!
Then the appeals court sided with the WEC and issued a stay order to keep the drop boxes until after the primaries.
Today, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty filed an emergency motion to bypass the stay order, and asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to hear the case and to vacate this stay order.
