Pick up any package of a processed food in your kitchen and look at the label. High fructose corn syrup will likely be on the majority of them. Sometimes the first (most prevalent) ingredient. BBQ sauce is one in my kitchen. It's a big deal. Try to eliminate it from your diet. See definition below. I will follow with more facts.
