I'm all for restoring the rule of law of the Republic, but can someone show me where it says in the Act of 1871 that the United States became a corporation? All this Act does is create a municipal corporation for the District of Columbia, which doesn't seem too unusual. Rather than vaguely referring to this and that, an actual legal argument based on actual statutes would be more convincing.
