been taking apricot kernels for 20 years.. just to forewarn everyone they taste like s**t.. very bitter but well worth the benefits. I actually leave a bowl of them out on my desk at work, the reaction when someone thinks they are getting an almond is priceless.

I have not tried them, but a friend did. And they cut the cancer down tremendously!!! I am glad to hear they work for you!!!
