Dr. Lee Merritt had dinner with me and she said that they used to process US Wheat with Iodine (so I don't know what/how that is involved) but now they process with Bromine(?). She said that this has caused all of the wheat allergies.
I might have got a part of that wrong -- but that is what she told me.
