its not hard to make

Use 100% alcohol...
if you can get it...

A rice cooker, cheese cloth and a coffee filter...

Soak in alcohol for a few minutes...
give it a stir...
then remove solids from alcohol by straining through cheese cloth...

then filter through coffee filter...

once filtered...
pour into rice cooker on low heat...
make sure well ventilated as fumes are
flammable...

reduce solution in rice cooker
to burn alcohol off... slowly
say over at least 4 hours...

once all alcohol evaporated off...

fill ya boots

it's done...
