Could be. Q talked about EBS while exposing gov. corruption. Back in 1999, everyone thought the world wide internet was going to crash for the new millenuim, year 2000 and all power would go out world wide but it never did. If we peice our timeline now with all the exposure of the whole Cabal system more than ever before, the pandemic and the fact that B. Clinton was forced by the white hats to sign in Nesara/Gesara but it never was announced because of the destruction plan by the Cabal on 9/11, since the Cabal is losing power and we are winning, perhaps the EBS is to bring in the quantum system which could be Nesara/Gesara.
