I take mine mixed in with other mushrooms like Lions mane and take a mixture of the powder that weighs .10-.11 of a gram under my tongue followed with some yummy sage honey about a min or two after. It's an extremely small amount so wont have any visuals or anything like that but its incredibly therapeutic and you can see & feel results quickly. I take it one day on, two days off. And you can do that in cycles depending on how you feel. I hope this helps. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
