1/ He may want to look in to the licenses issued to Attorneys in that state, to determine legitimacy.
For Example:
Bar Numbers assigned to each licensed attorney are done so in sequential order, low to high, based on the date the license was secured.
For example:
An attorney licensed in 1970 may have a BAR # of 1500, whereas an attorney licensed in 1990 would have a higher number to account for all the licenses issued since 1970.

2/ Source: Wa St Bar Assoc, where several attorneys with the same name appeared within months, with nonsensical BAR Assoc numbers (Mattson) not matching the sequence.

Paglisotti disregarded Court priceduee, Rules of Evidence, & overruled Federal Statutes protecting the woman, a Whistleblower.
