I have no idea what the manufacturing rate is. Still pondering this one.
It seems to do this since 2018, you'd have to make around 70 doses a second. !0 per second would make 3.2 B doses x 7 gets us to about 25 B doses. So 70 doses a second.
Here is a point though. If they really needed to adjust Pfizer for Omicron, it will not be on ready in a few weeks or months.
