I do. The technology exists, there was a ton of spraying prior to the tornado, the NEXRAD Base Reflectivity was bright orange and showed microwave pulses.
I just don't know why....so sad.

I'm in FL too. It seems anytime the sky is clear, the lines start. It's awful.
Weather Modification has been legal in FL since 1986. It's got to change or the rules need to be enforced.
