honestly that has always skeeved me out a bit. inwas forced into the catholic church as a child by family. My mother, who was excommunicated at 15, allowed me to leave of my own volition at 12. I never went. while the churches tend to be beautiful, the whole system was very apparently corrupt to a child. im amazed people dont see it.
