I don’t know the answer but I do know that the older I get the less I allow anyone to steal my joy. Nope they can’t take it away. I do away with them first and it’s freeing.

What if what they thought they were doing was a good thing but it only hurt me.

I get down at times and need some good joojoo now and again. I don't know you but know that we all need you [and everyone who does] to keep shining a light to help light the way for others to make their way through the darkness.
