You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. AnonUp is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of the content you post on AnonUp. By posting content, you grant AnonUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and its associated services.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to post content that:
AnonUp is committed to open discourse and the free exchange of ideas. We do not moderate content based on political viewpoint, religious belief, or controversial opinion. Our moderation policies are limited to the specific categories outlined in our Community Guidelines and Section 3 above.
AnonUp reserves the right to review reported content and take action including but not limited to: issuing warnings, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently banning accounts, or removing content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
We strive to apply moderation consistently and transparently. Users who believe an action was taken in error may appeal through the process described in our Help Center.
The AnonUp name, logo, design, and all associated branding are the property of AnonUp. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. The Platform's source code, design elements, and infrastructure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. AnonUp does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AnonUp does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content or the actions of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonUp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnonUp, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. AnonUp may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
