I believe this means that they are alive in a higher dimension. The world has been undergoing a transition to a higher dimension and the is what noone can stop what is coming. Once the world reaches its higher consciousness, we should be able to see our loved ones that were gone long ago. Because WE have reached a higher dimension with them and transitioned our bodies to a more acceptable plane. This is why many channels keep saying Grand Rising to the I AMs!

As far as "higher dimensions" and other very lofty-sounding catch-phrases, there is the Kingdom of Heaven, Outer Darkness, and Lake of Fire. Those are the dimensions (if you will) that extend to every human being. Period.
