That's how this all started for me. no sleep for 3 days after going down that rabbit hole. movies and music have lost their appeal for me. such evil

Same here! I can't watch TV whether it's a movie, TV show, or even a cartoon. I find the evil in it and the same goes with music no matter the style, except gospel and some country.
