Most people do not understand the NUREMBERG code. They think it is old and defunk't and think that it only applies to the military being that it is a military code.

You do not need to be in the military to be put on trial as an enemy combatant. When you commit treason against your own country you break that code and too the international military tribunal you go

If it were me i would slap them with rule 92 of the Geneva convention on bio, scientific and medical experimentations

If you commit treason you can only ever be tried as an enemy combatant and that is a fact
