(recommend) they come in a bracelet form too - this is the cheap version - they make them in a more "jewelry" fashion mode too (more costly)

this version works great - i was wearing them (both necklace and bracelets x2) this past week after slipping durning a rainstorm stepping out of my metris, and almost annihilating my roto cup, by trying to break my fall - now i'm soSo better - almost completely well and definately pain free without medical intervention due to these therapy aids (purchased in 2015) + my own rehab exercise
