Nana says there is a sweet spot to start connecting directly with the consciousness right before you go to sleep in between consciousness and sleep that is magical.
And when this all started I kept waking up between 3am & 4:30 practically every morning talking in my sleep saying words and phases that I didnt even know the meaning of, had to look up the words, so what he says about that time is true.
It would see that most dreams are either past lives, future lives, or some life you are living in another timeline for the most part.

this is so true - for the past nine months - I have bee waking up right around 3:30 every am. recently having wierd but cool dreams - riding a horse into a field all day and then seeing huge paw prints and then a polar bear....was awesome -
