2nd EAS broadcast within 8 hours. Never before has this every happened. Once or twice a week is normal.

It seems only TV and Radio get those... no alert tests on phones here at all

I had updates on my phone way before it was known that a new update was designed to deactivate the EAS service... But since then I deactivated all auto updates! I did only receive one alerts so far but never tests! And that alert was Los Angeles Curfew months ago LOL
