Instead of consistently whining and wringing our hands about the COVID mandates and vaccine passports, we should be coming together as communities and forming our own micro-societies/micro-economies (dare I say “autonomous zones”?) free from the tyranny of the system that we trying to bring down, while at the same time fighting to stay a part of. The answer is WALK ALWAY. LET IT GO. Let them have their tyranny. They can be masters of no one.

In response Jason Webber to his Publication
I struggle with staying positive and/or keeping the faith. Yes, very much seems all things COVID are distraction and meaningless. If there’s a silver-lining in ANY of this madness of the last year and a half, I sincerely pray we could take your suggestion here and return to a society in which, yes, communities are smaller, tight-knit and supportive on the local level. I sometimes think our lenses are opened too wide, we’re inviting worry and strife into our daily existence when it really isnt necessary.

I could not agree more. I believe we WILL return to a world where we are more a network of tight-knit, caring communities. I truly believe that this nightmare is leading us to this better world - but we have to work to put ourselves on this path.
