DNA tells RNA what to build, DNA is the blueprint and RNA is the builder.

What if mRNA was injected into you not to change you, but to change something that would be introduced to you at a later date, basically making you an incubator.
Use a different sequence for each different area of the world. Combined, in time, they produce a variant that is not as deadly by itself.
Eventually that variant comes upon a naturally existing disease we have all but eradicated and the RNA in the virus changes that disease (as it was meant to) into something that kills. What if that disease targets children.
Now there's a child killer that looks completely natural and can not be traced to any origin.
What if they were stopped before they could produce enough variants and had to release the final one to finish the project?
