why would liberation come at
a cost

you have to have fiat money to purchase large qty of cryptos
everyone chasing something that has a finite qty which pushes prices up and can be manipulated

Luck for you no one is forcing you to buy anything.
No one is forcing you to know about a new financial system and what things are going to go up in value and what things are going down.
Clearly there is a new payment system coming and that payment system needs a foundation.
Whiplash 347 post a lot of great posts and there are comms, lots of information that validates each other.
Here is a thought, Things have value, people sell things for value, value is attached to things.
If people want to sell products with a regulated system that can not be hacked, not allowing fraudulent people to be apart of the the system.
Stellar and flare networks seem legit.
Anons, patriots, many are getting chances to be early adopters.
If true, amazing things coming.
If not, well maybe someone could have invested in something else.
What the people choose to give value to will be worth something.
