no I Haven’t had to use ivermectin yet. Ive Been extracting my own shkimicl acid from star anise and Ive been using dandrlion root and lesves and pine needle tea and extract. plus the usual D3/vit C /Magnesium/borom/Selenium /L glutathione /NaC and lots of sprouts and salad greens. never felt better👍🏾

Do you just boil up the dandelion leaves and root for tea? I heard certain pine needles are poisonous or are you using bought pine needle tea?

I use the dandelion leaves in salads and dried dandelion root to grind for coffee.
I have a coffee mix of real coffee mixed with ground star anise, ground dandellion root and cjopped pine needles. I pick myboen pine needles. Yes Heard the story that some cattle ate from a certain pine tree and a pregnant cow had a miscarriage.But personally I think there’s a big difference between a cow eating 5 kg of Pineneedles and a human consuming a cup of tea with six pine needles in it. but if you are pregnant Id be extremely careful. this might help:
