Yes I know we know ‘The Plan’ - so does Richard, however we dont know exact details or exact timing which is obviously what Richard is concerned about - Only 10 know the full plan.
We trust that what is said to happening behind the scenes as per Gene and others is happening and it is our responsibility to stay postive and try to encourage others as best we can.

It's being played like a chess game. They move then we move. They know that they're losing and are delaying making the next move because when that happens it's game over. I believe the move we're waiting for is for the Cabal to become fed up with too much truth being released, so they shut down social media. When that happens then our military is going move in to make arrests. White Hats are trying to force the Cabal's hand, otherwise they are waiting until at least 80% of the population begins to recognize what's going on. 80% of us have to be awake. It may not even have to be that many people, but enough that we can be assured that when our military moves in to make arrests they won't set off a civil war. The Deep State would just love for that to happen, and doing all it can to provoke it. The Cabal is following Q as much as we are, so they White Hats can only give the public so much information without outright exposing themselves. I'm guessing we'll see something within 10 days.

4 years. That's how long I've been following "The Plan" laid out by "Q". The only reason why I started following Q's leads is because I was already deep inside the rabbit hole before Q appeared. Remember I said that I'm a "Nurd". I was a regular on the Dark Web. I've seen things that I know most people are not ready to see. I've stumbled onto Child Sex Trafficking before Q revealed all who were involved in it. I've seen things that they keep away from regular people, including ET's. What is happening after we get away from this political drama is so big, that we will all quickly forget that this ever happened, very quickly. It's YUGE, and it's why I am here helping to wake folks up. All you need to have is the courage enough to get through the challenge that is directly in front of us. By this time next year you'll be looking back on all of this and laughing about it.
