Hard to tell with the 'woman' on the left, but the one on the right is definitely a man, this based on the waist to hip ratio I'm seeing.
Men are hard wired to look for a waist to hip ratio of 70:100, put another way, a woman's waist measurement should be 70% of the hip measurement. A woman with the correct ratio will be perceived by a man as being able to successfully bear children.
Women are hard wired to look for a waist to hip ratio in men of 85:100, waist measurement 85% of the hip measurement.
There are probably other measurements men and women perceive to determine the health, fertility of the person of opposite sex they wish to bond with, but the waist to hip ratio is the main one.
The woman on the right has a waist that is really close to 85% of the hips. Yeah, the hips aren't broad enough. 'She' is a 'He'.
