It says apple for constipation. However, Apples have Iron.. and if you eat iron at night it will Make you constipated. Eat iron such as apples and almonds and spinach (and such) in the early part of the day. The Time when you eat things also matters. Iron in the morning is Gold for your body. In the afternoon it is Silver... in the night.... it is Lead!😅🙏
