Do we really have the rule of law any more, or is it just patriots abiding the law by will, instead of force? But if not a patriot then rule of law does not apply to the elites? Or criminals?

There's a few things people fail to realize.
1st arrest doesn't mean conviction.
Secondly, it would have to be someone really really big or famous. It couldn't be some senator or even a mayor. Someone the whole world would recognize.
