The Covid vaccine is not meant to kill you, it is meant to lower your immune system so that you get sick from about everything. They in turn will blame it on a new strain. Guess what happens when a new strain comes out? Rise and repeat.

I have heard a jillion lists for this...none are the same. Honestly..no one knows. the best thing you can do is use a protocol that absorbs HEAVY METALS... and you cleanse your body, STOP EATING FOOD THATS NOT ORGANIC. eat organic. Eat Leafy greens, Take Activated charcoal for 30 days daily. 2-3 caps twice a day atleast. Selenium absorbs metals. so many things. you can google what removes these metals and toxins
