ZERO. NONE. Julian stated "98% of Washington". Im sure there are a few janitors and 'clean-up personnel who arent compromised. They have 'the dirt' on who is compromised and while everyone else is just looking at the 'shitty politicians, the Military Intelligence people have 'All the Dirt. It keeps the politicians 'on edge' :) and allows them to 'rat out their friends in low places
