Just caught the EBS on my TV but nothing to my phone. Odd thing was it mentioned the area of the District of Columbia (D.C. ) and only lasted less than 30 seconds.

Was this after the EAS message on a Cable system?

When I was on Cable and got an EAS message after it closed, I would get an OS Banner message and error messages which required a power-cycle to clear.

I never had error messages like these though.

I saw the original EAS, walked outside and I peeked in the window and saw a “computer like” screen, so I grabbed my phone and took a pic. It stayed on for like 5 mins give or take, then went kinda mostly black. I did 🙄 realize then that the cable box went off. I did call the company as did many others she said “disturbing message” and something about linux (sp)
