Hearing a a lot did not get.
Reposting my experience
I just got my EAS on my phone. The other 4 people in my office did not. WHY? Yesterday we all got a weather alert within seconds of each other. So they are getting weather alerts but not the EMS alerts?
I am with a very small carrier. I am guessing they are all with the big main cell carriers.
It is now 19 minutes late.
Houston I think we have a problem.

I'm on a small carrier I got it.
My understanding is that it is illegal to not send them. And because everyone in my office got the weather alert yesterday within seconds of each other and no one else received the EAS today.
I'm thinking EAS must be being blocked intentionally
