I believe that. Why do you think it's not in use now? Is it because Q Team took em out OR, was it being set up for use in 2030, or abandoned for other reasons?

Thank you! This is what I am driving at. If we can prove, it has been abandoned for the use of its original purpose, it's proof that the Q-Team did take them out and they are either at the spa or dead now. This can give hope and encouragement to so many who have lost it already. Also interesting, in the link it said "and before that it was known as Akmola" that can be an anagram for molaak sounds like moloch the child sacrifice owl symbol. It does appear as if it was created to run on Tesla tech-free energy. Anyone researching Tataria will see the obvious. That means, it exists still and we all could be enjoying it right now.
