It's the only logical explanation and I think the BEST evidence and proof for those who are looking for the "arrests" to be convinced the NWO is being removed. The only other is, they learned of an impending polar shift or asteroid strike and retreated to their doomsday bunkers, some having left clones or gave permission for CGI to be used to keep up public appearances so we don't get suspicious of any coming cataclysmic event. Wild time to be alive.
