The only way to restart government that I will agree to.
--All politicians are removed from office
--All laws not specifically authorized in constitution are canceled except those related to violent crimes
--4 constitutional amendments. Anything not specifically authorized in constitution requires a constitutional amendment. Office holders have no power over people and have authority limited to that needed to accomplish a set of objectives as voted in referendum by citizens. Office holders are not allowed to have other income and their family and friends cannot get any business from any foreign or domestic government. The lobby, campaigning, donations and spending are criminalized. Candidates fill out a standard application which serves as the soul communication of qualification.
--Start over. Pay candidates more salary, allow no outside income and not only remove immunity but establish that crimes committed by office holders and immediate family require triple penalties.
