If they really cared about the water shortage, wouldn't you ban water usages on golf courses, front lawns, pool re-topping, commercial building landscaping first? What's more important, food, or recreation/nice looking landscaping? The drought is real, it's the priorities that smell "fishy". Dovetails into the food shortage "conspiracy" I'm reading about. Go get some canned veggies and nuts and store it.
