Recipe to make your own HCQ and IT WORKS!
HCQ
4-5 grapfuits
3-lemons
Peel the rind off all (best way I found is cut in 4’s and use knife to remove peel from fruit) Keep fruit and freeze for a cool treat later!
Large pot with tap water to just cover the rinds
Cover and Bring to a boil
Once boiled 2-3 min turn off heat.
Do NOT lift the lid not even to peek at it! Leave lid on.
Let it cool over night or all day if doing this in the morning.
Remove lid, pour into a bowl using a spaghetti strainer to catch the rinds.(I also squeezed each rind for all juice to come out)
Drink shot glass 2-3 times a day when feeling fine, 5-6 shots when feeling yucky ASAP.
Can add honey drizzle if too bitter for your tastes..🙏🙌💪

not everyone can get access to prescribed HCQ and theres no guarantee doctors will give us Z pack even if we ask...My co worker got a z pack because she had a sinus infection 🤷‍♀️
