I don't watch the news. I go by what the states have passed in legislation this year, and what policies they are now implementing. Things are about to get real. They even change the law to fire teachers based on skin color and language abilities. If the school has 25% minorities, then they will retain teachers who look like and speak the language of minorities. Also, they are coming up with hiring practices to hire, train and retain BIPOC folks over whites. It's over!
