I do not think kids in DUMBs were for any good purpose. If they were, they would not be selected for quality of adrenochrome, bloodlines, etc. Would have been 50/50 male and female and from all races.

You are correct a pole shift is happening but it is the magnetic reversal that causes the flip in hemispheres, I believe that will happen when the two poles meet in the Bay of Bengal.
As for boy to girl it is 95%-5%. 1 Man can inpregant many women so the tilt is hard toward women. I believe this is where women must be protected at all costs and men are expendable comes from in our culture.
