AZ Audit update from Senate President Karen Fann:
▪️If fraud or error is demonstrated in Maricopa County's November election to the extent that the outcome must be overturned, that decision would be made by a judge.
If such a ruling were issued by a court, the AZ House and Senate could vote on a resolution to decertify electors.
▪️The Senate does not have the authority to issue a warrant until it passes a resolution of contempt. Passing a contempt resolution would require a simple majority, but Paul Boyer has sided with Democrats and voted against it.
▪️The Senate has options it has not put into operation yet.
