I have heard bad things about fruits and veggies as well...What are we supposed to eat...nothing? Even our water is filled with poison.

You can purify your water from fluorides with chlorine dioxide or basil. You can filter it to remove the heavy metals. Find a local farmer who produces good food. There are ways, sometimes unfortunately very cumbersome.

I use it to filter up to 20 liters of water. Put it in my water filter downstairs. You can see when they change color. Then you should change them.
