Aldi's Italian sausage is rated D (the bottom of the scale - much worse than average). Might be a good idea to take a closer look at what she is feeding her family. Not judging, but until we pay more attention to what they have been poisoning us with and make changes, they will continue to put crap out in the market. This product has BHA and Propyl gallate along with some other unappetizing stuff. Personally I stick with mostly organic plant foods and some grass fed meats
