I'm not sure either LOL!! BUT, he apparently hid all the dirt he had gathered on people in an encrypted blockchain distributed through his $Whackd crypto currency wallet. So I assumed it had something to do with this. He's posting a lot more now too, I'll post more here, maybe we can get a better idea of what that is...

its called a Non Fungable Token, yes you can tokenize anything especially data. Whackd is an erc-20 token which can lead to an NFT data point
