Two Chinese dams COLLAPSE - highways, homes and bridges damaged!
Torrential rainfall all weekend in the Chinese region of Inner Mongolia has caused two dams to collapse near Hulun Buir City, causing a third-level emergency to be declared.
Reports indicate over 16,000 people have been affected, with 22 bridges wiped out and almost 22k hectares of farmland flooded. No injuries have been announced as of yet.
