I would like to think you're a truthsayer, but you would have to come across as having more truth than sayer. Taking pot shots at people's beliefs is not doing anything but pissing people off and you're trying to sound knowledgable at other people's expense. If you were genuinely trying to change mids you would use a LOT more diplomacy and a LOT less acidity.
