I already have the second dose of Pfizer on. I get vaccinated for labor issues and we freely vote to wear it.
The company I work for has not committed any illegality.
Everyone is free to leave if they do not want to or to stay to work without vaccinating.
In fact there is a colleague who has not wanted and continues to work without problems. We have not forced him or fired him.

He has bothered me the comment in a Telegram group blaming the company but above all me that they have committed an illegality and recklessness.
