From the moment I saw it, the B1d3n 'Bible' didn't sit well with me. I knew I had seen something similar to it before.

It appears that this book is the following, but the symbolism is something I can't ignore:
1800's HAYDOCK DOUAY RHEIMS Catholic Family Bible

The only other book I can recall having leather bindings between the covers is the Codex Gigas - often called the Devil's Bible.

I personally would love to believe that this book is "The devil's book". Further research I found a Dewey Bible very close to what Jill is holding. Replicas of the "devil's book" weigh 30lbs, for some reason I can't believe Jill is lifting 30lbs that high. The original "Devil's book" is3ft tall and weighs 165 lbs.
